Terms & Conditions for original artwork sales

1. Artworks and Order Acceptance

All artworks are unique originals. Minor color variations between the digital photograph and the physical, actual artwork may occur and are no defects- I try to keep my photos as close to the actual color as possible, but different devices show different colors. Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when the payment is made in full.

2. Prices, Upfront Payment, and Customs

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made fully upfront via the methods provided in the order form, or agreed on by you and me. Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has been cleared. For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. Original artwork does not have a tax on it as art itself, but some countries will still have VAT and similar duties, which will be paid in those countries and are not in my control.

3. Shipping and Risk of Loss

I ship from Switzerland and internationally. I aim to dispatch your artwork within 3 business days after receiving your payment, packages take around 1-2 weeks to arrive for international orders. The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery and report any transport damage to the carrier and me within 24 hours of having received it.
All packages are internationally tracked and insured, but of course, an original can not be just rebought again, so I appreciate it it you tell me that it has arrived safely or if there are any problems.

4. Copyrights

The physical artwork is yours to keep (or gift, sell, anything). It may not be reproduced for any purpose by anyone other than myself (e.g. prints, merch etc.). Sharing on social media and showing it to others is perfectly fine, I am glad if you do and share your purchase with others!

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Gossau, St. Gallen, Switzerland.
